At Alegria™ Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original Alegria™ shipping box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place your unworn shoes in their original shoe box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
